High-Level Window Cleaning with Telescopic Tools

We confirm the height, side of the glass and whether telescopic tools can be used safely.

High-level windows illustrating telescopic window cleaning

Before you enquire

High-level windows start with an access check

Telescopic tools can help clean certain windows from a suitable position. Practical reach depends on the layout, obstacles and safe access to the glass.

01

What telescopic cleaning means

The tool extends to reach a window above comfortable hand height. That does not mean every window is reachable, and it is not a water-fed pole system.

  • Describe the height and layout
  • Mention cables, canopies and other obstacles
  • Send a photo from the working position
02

Safe access is decisive

Before confirming, we check whether the work can be done from a stable, suitable position. The service does not include rope access or unsafe reaching from roofs and ledges.

  • A clear, stable working position
  • Enough space for the tool
  • Access to the requested sides of the glass

The process

Assess first, confirm second

  1. 01

    Send wide and close photos

Show the window, nearby obstacles and the position from which work may be possible.

  2. 02

    We confirm the reachable scope

We discuss which panes can be reached safely with a telescopic tool.

  3. 03

We work only in confirmed areas

If on-site conditions differ, we review the scope before continuing.

Information for high-level windows

A photo of the façade and working position is more useful than an estimated height alone.

  • Floor and height
  • Distance to the glass
  • Obstacles in front of the window
  • Access to the façade or yard
  • Which sides you want cleaned

Common questions

Before you send an enquiry

Do you use a water-fed pole?+

No. The service uses telescopic window-cleaning tools, not a water-fed pole.

Can you reach every high window?+

That cannot be confirmed without details about height, obstacles and the working position. Send photos for an initial assessment.

Do you offer rope access?+

No. Unsafe access from a roof or ledge is also outside the service scope.
